These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We make and sell homemade wax melts. Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on the website. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from the photos.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

Orders and contract

When you place an order and complete payment via PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we accept your order by sending this confirmation. We may cancel an order and provide a refund if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error.

Returns and cancellations

Your rights to cancel and return are explained on our Returns and refunds page. These rights are in addition to any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, for example liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
