Returns and refunds
Change of mind
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene and safety reasons we may not be able to accept returns of opened or used wax melts unless they are faulty, but we will always follow your statutory consumer rights.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.
How to request a return
- Contact us at hi@wisecharm.co.uk with your order details
- Explain the reason for the return and, if possible, include photos
- We will confirm the return instructions and any refund or replacement
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed it will normally be made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or confirming that a refund will be made.
